Ab Persian with Double Flats
The Ab Persian scale uses the notes Ab, Bbb, C, Db, Ebb, Fb and G. Bbb is A, Ebb is D and Fb is E, so what you play is simpler than what you read.
Find the root on the 4th fret of the low E string and the 11th fret of the A string. The sharp version, G# Persian, uses the same pitches.

Structure
Ab persian scale notes:
How the persian scale is built:
The persian scale is built from the degrees 1 b2 3 4 b5 b6 7, which gives the step pattern H-W+H-H-H-W-W+H-H (W = whole step, H = half step).
Counting in semitones from the root: 0, 1, 4, 5, 6, 8, 11. That makes it a 7-note scale.
