The D Lydian #2 Scale for Guitar
D, E#, F#, G#, A, B and C# are the notes of the D Lydian #2 scale. The raised second E# is the same pitch as F: a minor third above the root and only a half step below the F#.
The open D string rings as the root, and the open A and B strings fit the scale too. On the low E string the root is at the 10th fret. The notes are F# harmonic minor from its sixth degree. Try diagonal scale patterns to move between the boxes.

Structure
D lydian #2 scale notes:
How the lydian #2 scale is built:
The lydian #2 scale is built from the degrees 1 #2 3 #4 5 6 7, which gives the step pattern W+H-H-W-H-W-W-H (W = whole step, H = half step).
Counting in semitones from the root: 0, 3, 4, 6, 7, 9, 11. That makes it a 7-note scale.
It is mode 6 of the Harmonic Minor Scale, so both scales share the same notes from a different starting point.
